Is it possible to deliver flower every month on a particular date?

I proposed my girlfriend on 7th of Jan and believe me that was my most memorable day in my life. Now I want to make this date special every month. Unfortunately my girlfriend is living far away for further studies. Is there any florist that can deliver flowers on 7th of every month to cherish my girlfriend and let her flash back that golden moment?
