Under What Scenario Can a Car Come Under California Lemon Law?

I purchased a Land Cruiser 3 month ago and there is some damage done to the rear part of the car due to an accident. I went to the shop from where I purchase it and asked them to get it repaired but they are not willing to do so. They are telling me that the damage was done because of my own fault and in order to get the repair done, I would have to bear the expenses.

I have heard about California lemon laws and thinking about making a claim against those ruthless people. But before I do so, I would like to know from the people under what circumstances can this rule become eligible. Any help rendered will be greatly appreciated.

jessicalogan 		California Lemon Laws would be eligible for the car and you can definitely get the expenses beard provided the following conditions are met. The first thing is that the car of yours has to be in the warranty period which I can definitely make out from your post since it has been just 3 months for the purchase. The second thing is that you must have taken the car at least 4 times to the dealer and every time the dealer has denied paying for the expenses. The accident has caused some kind of body injury to you and your vehicle was out of service for more than 30 days for the 1st 18 months.

If all the abovementioned conditions are met, you can make the claim under the California Lemon Law. I am sure that you would get the required expenses necessary to get the repair done.
