Anyone have iPhone and PAYG both at Rogers?

Hello friends, just want to know, how many of you have an iPhone and PAYG both on Rogers? If you do then I need your help. It is because from few days I am getting texts from Rogers informing me that I am trying to use data application without a data plan which is not true. And also I want those messages to be stopped because they are very annoying. I tried to call on *611 but nothing such happened. I am really fade up and stuck with such messages and don’t know what to do. Please help me out any help would be appreciated.

Well, this is very common issues that Rogers customers are facing these days. You need to try this –
• Connect to Wi-Fi.
• Open Safari and go to the unlockit.co.nz.
• Install Fake APN.
• Remember to use Wi-Fi only to access the web and in case you are away from Wi-Fi then you cannot do anything on web but you will not get any SMS from Rogers.

What it does actually changes the APN settings of your iPhone from Rogers to the fake one which is used by the iPhone to connect to the Rogers data network. You need not to worry about it as it is nothing to do with the jailbreaking or unlocking the iPhone and will not going to change until the iPhone is being upgraded. But in case nothing works then you should better consult the store from where you have bought your PAYG iPhone deal and complain over there regarding this.
