While travelling Europe on Eurail, do passport get stamped?

I want to know that while entering a new country by using Eurail, will me passport get stamped?

The Eurail pass covers the Schengen zone, and if you are travelling in that zone then be sure you will not get stamp in your passport. But there are situation that your passport may be checked, but this is also rare but certainly in that zone it does not stamps your passport. (But if you still want stamp for some important purpose then you might get it).
But if you have Eurail Europe pass that covers the region which is not in Schengen zone then you will be checked at border and will definitely get stamp on your passport. This may also happen that you will be stopped from entry.
