How to delete a line of text permanently from Windows registry?

Hello! I uninstalled some program and also deleted a line of text in Windows registry. When I start computer, an error appears that points to the file that does not exist. When I went to the registry again the the text (i.e. reference to the file) was still there. In this situation, How should I permanently delete this line of text? Please reply...

Hi!! First thing I would tell you that Windows registry is the most sensitive file and is the most important file too. It helps to run system. Any kind of editing may cause corruption or damaged to the registry. If you are simple user then you shouldn't try deleting text from the registry.

However, you can change the value of the line in the registry. You can set the value at 0 or false that makes the entry not active. This may also be risky so change value carefully. If any kind of problem arises due to editing of registry then you need to scan and clean the Windows registry. You can can read PC health advisor reviews online for more details on registry and to keep PC error free.
