Is there any services which could the delivery of flower at 12 am on night?

On 27th of September there is birthday of my best friend. She lives in Orissa. I am posted in New Delhi and want to give her a great surprise. I want to send her a flower bunch, a cake and a gift packet to her at the exactly 12 am on night. It would be a great surprise for her but is there any services available through which I can send my wishes?

You have a great Idea to give surprise to your loved one. However there are various services available which provides the facility through which you can send your flowers and gifts. But there is a big drawback of those services. They are not able to maintain exact times. If you want to send some surprise gift with flower bunch and the receiving time will be exact 12 am on night then you will have to use perfect services.
