You can create Polyphonic Mobile ringtones with the help of conversion websites. If you search online you will find such websites that enable you to create such ringtones. After visiting such website follow the below mentioned steps for creation:

Select your MP3 files present in your system and upload them to website
After uploading them you have to queue the song to the portion you want as your ringtone
Now connect your mobile to your computer and follow the instructions
Then you have to allot the ringtone as per your cellphone instructions

In this way you can create such ringtones but in my opinion there is no need to create polyphonic mobile ringtones as they are easily available online and you can free download them and use it in your mobile.
