Can I get iPad 3G Pay As You Go deals?

I want to own iPad device but I don't want to go with contract deals. I just want to know from the experts about the availability of iPad 3G Pay As You Go deals. If it is available then tell me which network provider is offering such deals. Also tell me about the prices, time period and other features if the deal.
