Hi, Its great to know that you are perusing MBA from California university. It is a very reputed university and I sure you have a very bright future. Coming to your question, there are so many private money lenders who offer international student loans without cosigner on very reasonable rate and repayment plan. Some of the well known are Wachovia , Salle Mae, Chase and Wells Fargo. If your are looking for federal banks then I don't think there is any federal bank in USA which offers such loans.
The eligibility criteria and loans procedure is very simple. You just have to be a regular student of a reputed university, above 18 years of age and must have a valid back account where all the transaction of money will take place. You can apply for the loan through Online format. It is very easy and takes less time for approval. Since you are studying in California University, I don't think you will get any problem in the approval unless there is certain serious issue.
