Can someone please guide me how to convert MTS files for mac?

I am a high school student and two weeks ago I shot videos on my Panasonic HD camcorder for one of my school project. When I tried to open those recorded MTS videos on my mac, it didn't recognized the file. Can you believe that? I mean my school project would hang in the middle if I wouldn't be able to complete it on time. Friends, pleaseeeeee help me with this? Thank you in advance.

Yeah it indeed hurts when something you a urgent task to do and something unusual stops in you in between. The problem is that Mac only supports few video formats like mp4 videos, you try to play other than that and you get an error message instead that it can't play the video.

Nothing to worry, this isn't a tough task to do. To convert MTS files for mac, you can first google for any third party software, the demo versions of which are available for converting MTS files to a format compatible with mac operating system. If you have tried this before but nothing worked as excepted then I would suggest you to download third party Mts converter for mac. Generally these softwares are designed by known professionals and work superbly well. So try this!
